Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator

Description:  
In-house position available as Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator.⁠
We are open to applicants for full and part-time positions.

Tasks:
-Create daily posts and stories for social media platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-Respond to messages from followers.
-Digital content advertising.⁠
-Plan and execute targeted web marketing strategy⁠.
-Optimize ROI (Social Media Return on Investment) through customer acquisition, lead generation, clicks, revenue, content entries, etc.⁠
-Analyze and optimize web traffic using statistics, i.e. Google Analytics Reach audiences across multiple platforms: social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn), blogging, and monthly E-mail blast⁠.
-Creatively imagine and develop ideas to pitch to clients and media.⁠
-Support the development of all communications materials including writing and editing press releases, e-newsletters, and media collateral pieces⁠.

⁠Qualifications:
-Experienced in digital, social media, and public relations.⁠
-Professional quality writing skills⁠.
-Demonstrate ability to create marketing strategy, and company-relevant content through storytelling⁠.
-Applied experience working with audience outreach across multiple digital media platforms.⁠
-Interest in interior design and/or textiles a plus⁠.
-Knowledge of digital marketing is a big plus.⁠

Required education: Bachelor's Degree⁠ or equivalent.

Design & Photography Manager

Description:   
Full-time In-house position is available as Design & Photography Manager.⁠ The Design and Photography Manager will be responsible for creating content that showcases the unique designs and quality craftsmanship of our carpets. This dual-role involves not only conceptualizing and rendering designs but also photographing high-quality imagery to capture the essence of our products in contemporary settings.

Tasks:
Design Rendering:
- Collaborate closely with the design team, clients, and weavers to produce renderings for conceptual designs.
- Utilize rendering software to create realistic and visually appealing representations of carpet designs.
-Producing design studies utilizing computer drawings through all phases of project delivery

Product Photography and Editing:
- Photography of our carpet and textile collections, capturing details, textures, and colors effectively.
- Ensure that the photographs align with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
- Edit and enhance photographs to meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design teams to refine and adjust visuals as needed.

Digital Content Creation:
- Develop digital content, including social media graphics, promotional materials, and website visuals.
- Integrate rendered designs and professional photographs into various marketing collateral.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of design and photography trends within the interior decor industry.
- Integrate innovative approaches to design rendering and photography to keep our visual content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with the textile/carpet industry is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design rendering skills and photography expertise.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
-Knowledge of rendering programs  (e.g., AutoCAD, Blender, Rhino) desirable.
-Good sense of colors.
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
-Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a team-based environment.
-Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

Required education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Photography, or a related field.

Tasks:         ⁠

-Daily shipments of carpets and fabrics using UPS and FedEx websites⁠

-Presentation of carpets and samples to clients⁠

-Organizing carpets and samples in the gallery and warehouse

-Tagging and labeling of samples⁠

-Inputting data into our carpet database⁠

 

Qualifications:

-Professional experience with packing fine art for safe and secure shipping

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Fluent in English

-Having a valid US driver’s license is a plus

Description:
Full-Time In-house position is available as Design & Photography Assistant.⁠

Tasks:
-Taking and editing photographs of our products.
-Creating and publishing content for our website and social media platforms.
-Maintaining our products for auction sites.
-Making and maintaining marketing materials.
-Rendering and designing our custom products.

Qualifications:
-Relevant interest and experience, preferably 1-3 years prior work in design, and experiencing textile/carpet industry is a plus.
-Excellent photography and photo editing skills and a strong eye for photography and color correction.
-Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
-Experience with updating website and MailChimp.
-Experience with social media platforms and understanding of digital and social media trends and techniques.
-Sharp attention to detail.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
-Familiarity with PC computers preferred.

Gallery Manager

Description:
Full-Time In-house position is available as Gallery Manager.⁠

This position will involve:
-Overseeing presentations to clients at Gallery
-Improving Social Media accounts
-Overseeing all employees, making sure they are up to date with work on projects
-Attending trade shows to find new sources for fabrics and carpets 
-Handling orders for our Custom Collection of carpets and fabrics (constant communication with vendors to ensure clients receive orders on time)
-Building relationships with new designers and architects, engaging with current ones to remind them about our products
-Monitoring our competition 
-Travel to clients to present fabric and carpet samples

Qualifications:
-Past experience in a managerial position
-Good team leader 
-Interest in carpets, fabrics, textiles
