The field is a solid expanse of deep brown, its flat surface subtly flecked with lighter fibers, divided into six vertical panels by narrow ivory seam lines running the full length of the piece. There is no border to speak of, the panel divisions serving as the only pattern, and the overall effect is one of quiet, unbroken color interrupted only by these thin pale stripes.

The rust-toned field carries an overall lattice of scrolling vines bearing palmettes and small blossoms in ivory, slate blue, and soft green, with a pronounced medallion-like cluster of flowers rising at the top and bottom axis. A wide indigo border encloses the field, filled with large curling leaves and floral sprays in cream, rose, and ochre, framed by several narrower guard stripes of repeating floral vinework in matching tones.

A brick-red field is dense with small-scale scrolling vine, palmette and animal motifs, centered on a lobed pale green medallion filled with fine scalloped ornament and flanked by ivory corner spandrels carrying matching foliate scroll work. The wide ivory border repeats a rhythmic palmette-and-vine chain between narrow indigo guard stripes, while the reciprocal edges show the small serrated leaf motif seen elsewhere in the field.

An open ivory field is dominated by a large scalloped medallion in brick red, densely filled with small-scale floral and leaf forms in cream, rose, and navy, its pendant finials trailing upward into the plain ground. The corner spandrels echo the medallion's palette with dense floral scrollwork in navy and rust, while the border stack combines a wide navy floral band with narrower guard stripes in rust and ivory carrying repeating rosettes. The ivory field is left largely bare apart from the medallion, giving strong contrast to the densely patterned border and corners.

The field is composed entirely of narrow horizontal bands in a muted taupe-beige tone, each separated by thin ivory stripes that run the full width of the piece. There is no border distinct from the field, no central medallion, and no other motif beyond this steady horizontal rhythm. The surface reads as a plain, even grid of tone-on-tone stripes with a subtle textural variation within each band.

An open, undecorated field in a warm ivory tone fills the center, framed by a slender rust line and a broader mauve band. Beyond this sits a wide olive-green border, then narrow gold and deep brown outer bands, giving the whole piece a stacked, concentric arrangement of solid color fields rather than figurative ornament. The palette is muted and earthy throughout, with subtle striations in the pile lending a soft, brushed texture to each colored zone.
